A strong focus of our practice is on the provision of legal services for the business aviation industry. We support our clients in connection with the whole chain of ownership of business jets, including evaluation of aircraft, structuring of ownership, import and export, financing, operation and management, lease and charter and ultimately the sale of the aircraft.
